                      NEW BARCODING PROGRAM
We are introducing a new barcoding program this sale.  We are excited about all that it can do. Primarily it will allow you to register, update your information, choose a volunteer shift and even print barcodes instantaneously.  You will no longer need to keep the barcoding program on your desktop, and you will have access to all of the functions you need anytime from any computer (even a Mac!), as long you have internet service.  This means you can print your barcodes immediately or  save them to print later.  They can even be printed from a different location (i.e. a friends house, the office, etc..)  We expect that these changes will streamline the registration and tagging process as well as provide you (our sellers) with greater flexibility.

                          COME SHOP THE BIG TOP
Every sale is bigger and better than the one before, this sale is no exception.  We are excited about our addition of  a tent for outdoor play equipment, bicycles, highchairs, strollers and much more.  This will allow us to fit even more inside the convention center!  So come ready to load up those minivans, trucks and suburbans with lots of swingsets, slides and strollers.  Then shop til you drop inside Harvey Hall for clothing, bedding, books, toys, home decor, furniture...   We can't wait to see you!

Children's Clothing Consignment Sale is the consignment event of East Texas.  Thousands of moms have enjoyed saving and making money on gently used items.  Yet, we still consistently meet people who haven't heard of the CCC Sale.  "The more you tell, the more you sell"TM.  So, who can you tell?  Your sunday school class, play group, sports club, friends at school, or work.  Do you have a blog?   Put the CCC Sale on your blog roll, or post about the sale and help other smart moms find out about our great deals.

  HUNTING, FISHING, CAMPING, SPORTING GOODS
We will be accepting your hunting, fishing, camping and sporting goods.  There will be an area designated for them.  Just tag them like your other items and bring them to drop off with everything else!!

                               FURNITURE DROP OFF
Calling all Furniture!!  We would like to invite those of you bringing furniture to our OPTIONAL LARGE ITEM drop off on Saturday, September 10 between 2 pm and 4 pm. 

You are still welcome to bring your furniture at our normally scheduled drop off times.  We are simply adding two more hours for large items only because we know it is sometimes difficult to get them to the sale.  Saturday drop off is for large items only: beds, dressers, bookshelves, tables, chairs, cribs, pac n plays, strollers, highchairs, furniture.  We are trying to make it more convenient for you.  Please do us a favor and do not bring any of your clothing or smaller items on Saturday. We will not be staffed with volunteers on Saturday to handle that sort of thing.  We will be ready for your clothing, books, toys, infant items, shoes, back packs, bouncy seats, exersaucers, bedding, home decor, etc., on Sunday morning at 9 am.
                                 
                                                        RECALLS
NEW SPRING 2011. On December 15, 2010 The CPSC banned the sale, resale and manufacture of all drop sided cribs.  Therefore The CCC Sale can no longer accept drop sided cribs.

We would like to remind you to check your items agains the CPSC recall list.  www.cpsc.gov  Legally you cannot sell any items that have been recalled. And, as always, CCC cannot accept items that have been recalled.   Items that only require a repair can be sold once that repair has been made.
                                      
                                        MAGNETS
Have you seen our cute magnets around town?  Put one on your car and help spread the word. "The more you tell, the more you sell."TM  To get one of our FREE magnets, drop by The Punkin Patch, 5201 S. Broadway, and pick one up, or email Tess, to receive one by mail.  It could even earn you CCC cash!  We randomly hand out gift certificates to cars with CCC sale magnets!
